Policies

Smoking
All of our cottages are smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited within the cottages, but it is permitted on the grounds or outside on the decks. Please help keep the grounds clean. 

Pets 

Fee: $7 per day
Pets are welcome. Owners must pick up after their pets and must not leave them unattended at any time, day or night. 

Cancellation policy in effect

Minimum night stay for a cottage is 3 nights. If a guest booked longer then 3 nights and decided to leave before 3rd night, we keep 3 nights stay. To reserve a room or cottage, we charge a one night stay to your credit card.

 

If guests decide to leave earlier then the number of nights booked, we will refund a guest only if the unit (cottage or motel room) gets rented for those nights.
