Policies

​

Smoking :

All our motel rooms, kitchenettes, cottages and the suite are smoke free. Smoking is prohibited with all accommodations, but it is permitted on the grounds or outside on the decks. Please help keep the grounds clean.

Pet Fee:

Small Breed : $15 per day

Large Breed : $20 per day 

Pets are welcome. Owners must pick up after their pets and must not leave them unattended at any time, day or night. 

Cancellation policy in effect

​

Minimum night stay for all our cottages and the suite is 3 nights. If a guest booked longer than 3 nights and decided to leave before 3rd night, we keep 3 nights stay. To reserve any accommodation,  we charge a one night stay to your credit card.

 

If guests decide to leave earlier then the number of nights booked, we will refund a guest only if the unit (cottage or motel room) gets rented for those nights.
